The Bayanihan Choir was formed to develop the Filipino's love for music and to foster unity among the Filipino community and with the other ethnic group in the parish. The EPA serves the school community: to be available to receive calls from parents regarding their concerns, needs, or questions and to communicate this information, and suggestions to the school administration. This group brings Holy Communion to the homebound, ministers to those who are grieving a loss, and visits the lonely. They also sponsor the All Souls Day Memorial Mass in November. Grupo Hispano preserves the religious and cultural traditions of the many Latino communities within the parish. Members' heritage's include those of the Caribbean, the Central American countries, Mexico, and South American countries. The Italian Catholic Federation responds to the spiritual needs of the Italian immigrants to the Bay Area. Branch #20, Nostra Signora del Carmine, was established to help foster the Christian life among Italians in the community. The branch sponsors many apostolic and Christian activities during the year. The Knights of Columbus is a universal fraternal Catholic organization, dedicated to promoting charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism. Members of the local Council #11033 participate in family, church, community and youth activities. The Legion of Mary proclaims the glory of God through the sanctification of its members by prayer and active cooperation in the work of the Church. Activities include house-to-house visitation, hospital and homebound visitation, teaching CCD, and participating in the block rosary once a week. Legion members work in pairs for two hours each week. This service is provided at Sunday Masses. The children, generally between the ages of four and eleven, are escorted to Nano Nagle Hall during the liturgy of the Word at Mass, where they participate in the readings of the Mass followed by discussion more suitable to their age level.
