Bible
Study is going to be offered in both
English / Spanish starting Monday Oct 1 in
the cafeteria .The 1st and 3rd Monday will
be in Spanish. The 2nd and 4th Mondays

RCIA ( Rite of Christian Initiation of

for SCC Prayer Groups! No experience
necessary, training will be provided. This

share your talent and learn more about
your faith as a facilitator of a group as

Novena
and Feast Day
The
Filipino Ministry of the Office of Ethnic
Ministries, Archdiocese of San Francisco,
cordially invites all the faithful to
commemorate the 20th anniversary of the
canonization of San Lorenzo Ruiz. Novena
Masses will be held in the different
parishes of the Archdiocese starting
Sept.19, and will culminate with a
Eucharistic Celebration on Friday, Sept.28
at 6:30pm at St. Mary’s Cathedral.
Archbishop George Niederauer will be the
principal celebrant at this Mass. A
celebration will also be held here at
Epiphany on Wednesday, Sept.26 at 6:30pm.

Jesus warns his followers today
against allowing money to become their
master. They must use money in an
intelligent and responsible way. But they
must be ever alert to the ways in which
concerns about money can take over their
lives. Jesus advises them to prove
themselves trustworthy in dealing with
material wealth. Then they will be more
trustworthy in spiritual matters as
well
